Managed by Southwest Suites, Casa Otra Vez is a midterm rental for  professionals coming to work in Albuquerque usually for a period of 6-8 months. Guests usually only bring clothing and work items, as the house is fully furnished. The garage is for cars only, with no allowances for storage of personal furnishings or belongings.

Casa Otra Vez is 2 miles from NBC Universal Studios and offers easy freeway access to Albuquerque Studios, and the I-25 Studios.  We are only ten minutes away for Presbyterian, Lovelace, the VA, and UNM hospitals.

Located in the near North Valley, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house comes with garage parking and a gated, secure courtyard and entrance. Casa Otra Vez is the perfect place for the busy professional who wants to forget work at the end of the day.

Casa Otra Vez is a residence only. For those needing to operate a business, we recommend sharing a co-working space through FatPipe ABQ in downtown. For mixed media artists, we suggest Factory on 5th.

Parties: While we are happy to offer venue suggestions, due to neighborhood concerns about noise, privacy and parking, Casa Otra Vez isn't a place to host parties, reunions or business meetings. Please see our recommendations! Albuquerque is full of great places for receptions and business meetings!
